resume

With this timeline, I wanted to share a little bit more detail about my story and professional experience.

The story of how I got started in the Tech industry.

2016-2018
I studied at INSEEC to specialize in business & management.

I worked for Nautal (a Spanish subsidiary of Click&Boat) on the Italian/Croatian market to participate in the development of the Italian fleet and increase sales (fun fact : I do NOT speak Spanish, but I had to improvise).
January 2019
I joined Malt.

I remember a very welcoming atmosphere, a lot of informations to tackle during the onboarding month (biggest promotion back at the time) and not understanding any of the technical & company's jargon.
Jully 2019
Evolution at Malt.

I signed my permanent contract at Malt, as I wanted to keep my commitment to the company.

Since the organization of the sales's client portfolio was evolving, I joined the Tech & Software business unit, marking the beginning of my expertise in the technology sector.

“Bonjour Milena, Un grand MERCI !!!

2020
Strange year, busy year

- Welcoming Alexandre Fretti (future co-CEO) during the annual Sales Kick-Off.
- Sharing the second lockdown in Normandy with three colleagues, reinforcing team cohesion in an unusual context.
- After the lockdown, I took my boating license to symbolically mark the end of this period.

2021
During this year, Malt raised €80M

On site events are back, for my greatest pleasure.
I also passed my Linguaskill Business and obtained a score of 180+.

2022
I got involved in different transversal projects based on my sectoral expertise of the Tech industry.

I partecipated in building a new feature in Malt's product with the client Tribe !

I also traveled to Domenican Republic, which was the longest trip I had ever been on.

2023
I worked on a project centered on building a community around software editors, passed two certifications to become a first-aid help and left Malt to embark on a new journey !
2024
🚀 The transition starts
Following my instinct, I followed a skill assessment program at Chance, confirming my interest in Product.

Afterwards I partecipated in a Piscine Discovery at 42, during which I discovered a bit of web developpement (Shell, HTML, CSS & JavaScript).

Rest of the year
Right now, I'm following Noé's bootcamp in Product Management.
Today
Today, I'm starting my new professional journey as a Product Manager.

You've heard (a bit of) my story, what's yours ?
